A vivid excursion at city’s coast with beaches and fabulous spots.
We start our tour from Perissa, following the road to Emporio. There we can make a stop to the old city of Castelli to a traditional “hidden” coffee place for greek coffee or juice.
Then we continue our tour travelling through the wine roads to Megalochori, where we stop for wine tasting to one of the oldest wineries of Santorini.
To continue our tour we pedal on the traditional road of Megalochori to find ourselves enjoying the Caldera view.
We couldn’t leave the city of Akrotiri out of our tour! The settlement has been suggested as a possible inspiration for Plato’s story of Atlantis.
There we can visit the Castle , built by the Midieval Italian times.
Now we must start our journey again to reach Vlixada beach to see the Tomato Industrial Museum and then pedal by the sea passing by Perivolos until we reach our final destination in Perissa,
where we can finish our tour with a refreshing drink on the beach.
